Oakridge Centre by Westbank is a new mixed-use redevelopment at 41st & Cambie.
A joint venture between QuadReal and Westbank, two of Canada’s leading real estate enterprises, the project is built around Oakridge Shopping Centre’s flagship status and promises to be an inspiring residential, shopping and business community that enhances the area’s multicultural character.
Expected Completion for Oakridge Redevelopment Condos
The Oakridge redevelopment will be a long term, multi-phase project. The first residential and commercial areas should be open by 2019, with the remaining building slated for 2024. The amount of retail space will more than double. Look for over 1.3 million sq ft of shopping and services, including an open-concept ‘High Street” that will blend new retail, restaurants and services with outdoor spaces and more. New, big-name anchor tenants are also promised.
Design work on the re- development is well underway, showing sculpted towers across the 28.5-acre site., which will include a master planned new ”Town Centre” 14 towers between 9-44 storeys, and it will be part of the Oakridge/41st Canada Line station.
